Luxury Renovation in Brookline's Coolidge Corner

Brownstone buildings are iconic and highly in-demand in the Boston-area housing market. Roma & York completed a luxury renovation of a three-bedroom condo in a historic brownstone building in the popular Coolidge Corner neighborhood of Brookline.

Like many historic properties in the city, the amenities within the condo did not match the amenities of the surrounding neighborhood. Our design modernized the unit while replicating architectural elements that honored the property’s history and character. State-of-the-art appliances, radiant heating, and elegant bathrooms with Italian marble baths modernized the property and blended seamlessly with its charming details. We added innovative, sound-engineered ceilings to eliminate noise from upstairs units — a rare find in city real estate.

The overall project appealed to the luxury tastes of buyers who enjoy the bustling restaurant and cultural scene of Coolidge Corner and sold quickly and well above asking price.
